Seeking Sports Apprentice (Level 3) for Local Coaching Company

Advanced Level Supporting Teaching & Learning in PE & School Sport

Start: Sept 2018 or before if possible
Hours: 30 hrs/wk Mon–Sun (could incorporate weekends and evenings)
Pay: £4.00 per hour
Contract: 1 year

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To work alongside the coaching team delivering sports sessions around Oxfordshire
• Primarily working in primary schools during curriculum time and after school clubs
• Basic administrative work within the company’s office, including phone calls and email tasks

• Show strong behaviour management and be able to create positive, trustful and appropriate relationships with children.

Required skills/attributes:

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Outgoing individual with a fun nature

Desirable skills/qualifications:

• First Aid qualification  
• Child Safeguarding qualification
• Previous experience in working with children or sports coaching 
• Full driving licence
